  螺桿采用油冷卻系統(tǒng)冷卻。機筒采用特殊風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)冷卻。系統(tǒng)采用專用電腦控制。根據(jù)用戶不同配方要求，配置結(jié)構(gòu)合理螺桿，以達(dá)到塑化狀態(tài)及物料質(zhì)量。螺桿全部采用高精度專用數(shù)控螺桿銑床加工，可確保每臺同類擠出設(shè)備擠出性能高度一致性。率先引入國際先進(jìn)變螺距，變深度螺桿設(shè)計技術(shù)，使物流在螺桿中剪切、壓縮更柔和，更接近實際需要。分配箱特殊設(shè)計，推力軸承格外加大，軸承采用原裝進(jìn)口，傳動壽命高，可承受更大擠出壓力。電器系統(tǒng)大限度采用進(jìn)口原件，并具有多項故障報警功能，故障少，排除方便。冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計特殊，散熱面積格外加大，冷卻迅速，溫控精度可達(dá)±1℃。
