PE系列塑料管材生產(chǎn)線主要用于生產(chǎn)農(nóng)用給排水、建筑給排水、線纜敷設(shè)等方面。該機(jī)組由真空定型臺(tái)、牽引機(jī)、切割機(jī)、翻料架等組成。單螺桿擠出機(jī)及牽引機(jī)采用進(jìn)口交流變頻調(diào)速裝置，真空泵及牽引電機(jī)均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品。牽引機(jī)有二爪、三爪、四爪、六爪、八爪、十爪、十二爪等牽引方式?？蛇x用無(wú)屑切割、鋸片切割或行星切割，機(jī)組性能可靠、生產(chǎn)效率高。本公司可以根據(jù)用戶的要求,配備專(zhuān)用裝置后生產(chǎn)內(nèi)壁螺旋管、內(nèi)壁空心管和芯層發(fā)泡管機(jī)組更換擠出機(jī),可以生產(chǎn)PP、PE 硅芯管等其它物料管材。生產(chǎn)線采用全自動(dòng)電腦數(shù)控，具有操作方便,性能可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn),達(dá)到國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平。
The line consist of single screw extruder, vacuum tank,cooling tank,haul-off unit, cutter and storage table.
Single extruder and haul-off unit adopt international brand AC inverterspeed control, Vacuum pump and haul-off motor use premium brand.Haul-off can be equipped with 2/4/6/8/10/12 belt according to the pipesizes. Cutter can be swarfless, saw blade, or planetary cutting type.The line featured by stable performance and high efficiency.This linecan allso produce PE PPinner spiral pipe,hollow pipe, and foamingpipe by changing the configuration.
